Farmers' Market Winter Market

For the first time, the Clinton County Farmers' Market will be operating throughout November and December. So stay fresh this winter with great local fruit spreads, meat, baked goods, and other great items from local vendors.

The winter market will operate a little differently then it does during the summer market. First, the market will be open every other Saturday starting November 7th and running through January 2nd. Each week, you will need to place your order with the Market Manager--Dessie Buchanan--at least five days before the market. The vendors will have you order ready for you each market which you can pick up at Swindler & Sons Florists in Wilmington (321 W. Locust St.).

In addition to the pre-order system, vendors will have a limited amount of products available for sale at the Saturday Market. So whether you missed getting your pre-orders in or you’re just looking for a few extra items, you can still find what you need at the Winter Farmers’ Market.

Please read the following instructions carefully for details on how to place your order and pick-up your product.

1. Each week, we will post a product list and ordering information for the upcoming market. View the the most recent info for the upcoming market HERE. If you would like to receive the product list and ordering info via e-mail, sign up for our mailing list HERE.
2. Download the order form HERE. Submit your order at least five days before the market using one of our four easy ways to order:

• Mail at Pyle Box 1145, 1870 Quaker Way, Wilmington, Ohio 45177 
3. Pick-up your order from the vendors at Swindler & Sons Florists each Winter Market. Orders and order payments will be separated by specific vendors. If you are unable to pick up your order on Saturday morning, please notify the vendor or Market Manager (937-728-7075) to arrange alternative pick-up/delivery. Failure to notify the vendor or Market Manager in advance could result in loss of your order and ordering restrictions for the remainder of the market season.
