Stock up on all your Thanksgiving needs at the next Clinton County Winter Farmers' Market - this Saturday, November 20th, from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.

he holiday season upon us, the Winter Farmers' Market is the 

 

perfect place to find  fresh, healthy foods for your holiday feasts. Did you know that you can find farm fresh eggs, chicken, beef, lamb, pork, honey, preserves, herbs & spices, and fresh winter produce (like lettuce, potatoes, squash, turnips, and more) at our Market? And why not treat yourself to some of our mouthwatering desserts like pumpkin rolls, mint cookies, fruit pies, cookies, and sweet breads? 

Or get a head start on your gift list and find that one-of-a-kind homemade gift for your friends and family

! Our artisans create beautiful hand-painted ornaments and cards of Clinton County landmarks and amazing candles and wax tarts, reed diffusers, air fresheners, wax dipped bears, and (as always) much more!

 great products will add that special local touch to any holiday celebration all while supporting your local food vendors and the greater Clinton County community!

As a reminder, the Winter Farmers' Market is held in a covered greenhouse at Swindler & Sons Florists, located at 321 W. Locust St., Wilmington, Ohio. 

Don't forget to pre-order at www.localdirt.com/ccfarmersmarket! You can place pre-orders before each market to ensure you get all the products you need before they sell out. Plus, the site just went through some great updates that makes it even more user-friendly! Please place your orders no later than Thursday, November 18th.

Looking for an amazing and unique gift for the holidays that will also support our Farmers' Market? How about a beautiful stained glass piece from the South Street Gallery? 

John Schum of the South Street Gallery created this custom artwork just for the Clinton County Farmers' Market. The piece features 4 brilliant square-foot Clinton County barn quilt patches nestled in a rustic window frame.

This beautiful artwork is valued at $500.00. The Farmers' Market will be raffling this piece off for only 1 ticket/$1.00, or 6 tickets/$5.00! All ticket sales benefit the development and promotion of the Clinton County Farmers’ Market. The raffle will be drawn on Saturday, December 18, 2010  at the Winter Farmers’ Market. 

Tickets can be purchased at: the Winter Farmers’ Markets, South Street Gallery, Swindler & Son’s, the Clinton Co. OSU Extension Office, & the Center for Service  & Civic Engagement at Wilmington College.
