Last Summer Market - Saturday, October 2nd

Join us on Saturday, October 2nd as we celebrate the closing of another great summer season at the Clinton County Farmers' Market!

Throughout the summer, our hometown vendors have provided you with the freshest, tastiest local produce; delicious homemade baked goods and treats; a great variety of local meats; and much more. We have all enjoyed live music and the great new addition of our Market sponsors. Many of us have gotten the chance to sit back and enjoy the delicious Market breakfast (or at least some of the free coffee!) provided by The General Denver Hotel.

On our final Summer Market day, we invite you to celebrate the bountiful fall harvest. Stock up on your favorite fall produce and meats, treat yourself to that baked good you've been eyeing all summer, or maybe start some early Christmas shopping with our natural skin-care, candles, and artisan goods.

If you are in need of inspiration for some amazing fall dishes (that of course feature fresh items that you can find at the Market), we will be distributing our "Hearty Harvest Bounty" menu guide and recipes. These recipes - including butternut squash soup, warm spinach dip, eggplant with lamb and feta, and an autumn pork roast - are sure to WOW your guests and you will get the satisfaction of knowing that you are serving the freshest local food around. If you can't wait until Saturday to check out these recipes, you can access the menu guide HERE.

If all this talk about the summer season coming to an end gets you down - don't worry! You won't have to wait long to see the same familiar faces (and a few new ones) and to continue to enjoy local food all year round. That's right - the WINTER FARMERS' MARKET is making its return for our second year on Saturday, October 30th!

The Winter Farmers' Market is held at Swindler and Sons' Florist (just a couple blocks away from our Mural location) and is open from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. After our kick-off date on Saturday, October 30th, we will begin our bi-weekly schedule on Saturday, November 6th. The Winter Farmers' Market will provide you with fresh local winter produce, meats, baked treats, and artisan goods throughout the winter. Watch for more information and details on the Winter Market coming soon!

From all of us at the Clinton County Farmers' Market, thank you for your support throughout the season and we look forward to seeing you at the Market!
