FAST FOOD FROM THE FARM!!

This Saturday, we welcome Chef Jennifer Purkey from the General Denver Hotel who will use fresh products from market vendors to hold a cooking demonstration!!

 Chef Jen will be featuring grilled cheese with fresh veggies and beet chips. We will hold two demonstrations during the market at 10am and 11am, with Chef Jen and market volunteers available for questions between the demonstrations. CHECK OUT JEN'S GREAT MENU HERE! 

The goal of this event is to show our customers how to make simple, fast, and affordable recipes using fresh goods from local producers. We will provide market shoppers with a menu to take home after each event that features the recipes used in the demonstration. This event is free and open to the public. No registration necessary.
